Returns can be requested within 7 days from when you receive your order by sending and email to: customercare@lpjparis.com. Once you have received our confirmation to return your order, you may send it back. Your order will need to arrive back within 14 days of receipt.
A refund/exchange will be issued to the purchaser of the Product, provided that Products are returned unused and in the same condition in which they were delivered, with all original labels attached, and complete with all parts and accessories using their original packaging.Please note that after evaluating the correct status of the returned item, the refund will be issued by retaining the costs of shipment, taxes and commissions.
