When you request a return, you must either specify that you would like a refund or an exchange within 7 days from the day you receive your ordered product, but you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item. -

Returns can be requested within 7 days from when you receive your order by sending and email to: customercare@lpjparis.com. Once you have received our confirmation to return your order, you may send it back within 14 days from receipt.
The Customer is kindly invited to carefully follow the return policy of lespetitsjoueurs.com, briefly summed up below:
- The product to be returned must be packed in its original condition, UNUSED, UNDAMAGED, UNALTERED and complete with all original LPJ packaging.
- The package must be carefully placed in the shipping box, filling the empty space with extra paper, so that the item is well protected.
- The Customer is invited to drop the package at the closest local Post Office or DHL point, and to share the tracking number, in order to monitor the return.
- After evaluating the correct status of the returned item, the refund/exchange will be issued by retaining the costs of shipment, taxes and commissions.Please note that shipping costs and duties related to the import of the return are at the customer's expense.
