The Les Petits Joueurs ("Les Petits Joueurs", "we" "us") website (our "site" or "website") and related services are made available to you and Les Petits Joueurs sells its products, in accordance with the following terms and conditions. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.lespetitsjoueurs.com. We recommend you keep a copy of the Terms & Conditions for future reference. We may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If you do not agree to any change to these Terms & Conditions do not move forward with your purchase. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not apply to that order or any resulting contract, unless we are required to make the change by law, in which case such changed term will apply to the order or resulting contract to that extent.

To pre-order a product add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the pre-order button. You can choose to fully pay for the product or to pay only partially. In case of partial payment you will be charged 30% of the full cost of the product at the time of the pre-order. In case of full payment at the time of the pre-order you will be charged for your pre-ordered item at the time of the pre-order.

After placing your pre-order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your pre-order details.

In case of partial pay, approximately 7 days before your pre-ordered item is ready to be shipped, we will notify you via email that we will be authorizing your credit card for the amount of the item still due in case you chose a partial payment.  If you receive this email and no longer want the pre-ordered item, you may cancel your reservation up until the item enters the shipping process. Unless you cancel your reservation, you authorize us to charge your credit card for the applicable amount prior to shipping the item. 

Once your order has shipped, we'll email you the tracking number of our delivery carrier.

Items ordered that are available now will be shipped to you following our current procedure. Please refer to our Shipping terms.

Generally, pre-orders are ready to be shipped within 4 weeks from the pre-order. 

Pre-orders shipping dates are based on information we receive from our manufacturers and could be subject to change.  If the scheduled date of an item that you have pre-ordered changes, or in case of cancellation, we will notify you via the email address provided at the time of the pre-order and any payment made upfront will be reimbursed.

It’s possible to pre-order more than one item at the time.

If you have pre-ordered an item you will receive an email carrying all the information of your pre-order. Please use the details in that email in case you want to get in touch with us about your pre-order.

Yes, you may cancel your pre-order up until the item enters the shipping process. To cancel an order, please get in touch with us and we will process your pre-order cancellation.
