Orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment; however, during the Private Sale and Holiday Season, this can extend to up to 7 days. All orders are delivered within 3-5 working days after order confirmation.

Please note that deliveries occur during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Over public holidays, orders may be delayed, and customers are informed promptly before placing the order.

Once the order is placed, a tracking number is provided. With your tracking number, you can check the expected delivery date and any updates on the status of your shipment.
